If possible, please text your technician upon arrival, and wait in your car. We will let you know when we are ready and our stations have been properly disinfected. Masks or face shields must fully cover your mouth and nose and be worn at all times. Please wash your hands with soap and water immediately after entering our building. We may also be performing contactless temperature checks. Please do not come in if you have a fever or any covid-19 related sympotoms. Please come alone to your appointment. Guests that are not also recieving services will not be permitted. Please remember that we work in a very close proximity with our clients and no exceptions will be made. Thank you.


To help you avoid any fees, appointment reminders are sent out two days before your appointment date. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments, please give your technician at least 24 hours notice. If notice is not given, 50% of the canceled appointment total is due before being re-booked.  


If you are running late please call or text your technician to see if we have the availablity to complete your service in full. 

Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, or accept a partial service for the regular price.

If tardiness becomes excessive, we will require that you make a non-refundable deposit of $25 before rebooking your next appointment. 


If you make an appointment that you do not cancel and do not show up for you will be required to pay the total cost of the missed appointment as well as make a non-refundable deposit of $25 before re-booking. First incident may be waived due to circumstance, and at the discretion of your technician.


Children can be disruptive to your services as well as our other clients. If you have children under 10 who are not receiving nail services, please make other arrangements for them.



To ensure we have enough time to complete all services you are requiring, please be sure to select all services you would like to receive during your visit including extras such as, removals and nail art. Feel free you text your technician with any questions.
